Subpoena Protection Program (SPP)

Our SPP program offers assistance to NWME consultants by assisting them in responding to opposing counsel's Subpoena.  In keeping up with its tradition of providing top-quality expert witnesses to its clients, NWME has engaged a Seattle based law firm to assist
eligible consultants in responding to and defending against Subpoenas. These attorneys will submit necessary objections and seek protections provided in court rules that are needed when disclosing sensitive financial information, while avoiding sanctions in an effort to ensure that a consultant's ability to testify at trial is not jeopardized. Reduce your risk that a Subpoena may delay or even exclude your expert witness.
